Established in June 2014, the company is a domestic supplier of 300mm semiconductor wafers commercially available. Existing core systems (MES, YMS, SPC, RMS, etc.) operate on storage devices
that are already approaching their End of Life (EOL).
The performance and reliability of the existing storage and storage network devices that support the core system have proven insufficient. The reliability and performance of the core
business system infrastructure need enhancement, and the existing equipment requires reuse. For the reliability and performance of SAN networks, new-generation SAN switches are needed for data
exchange.
After the SAN network in Building 3 is reconstructed, adjustments will be made to the quorum storage from VSP G200 to VSP G350. Service system reliability, security, and high performance
necessitate dedicated new devices to virtualize old devices, thereby achieving service sustainability.
Two new optical switches are added in production room A and cascaded to the existing optical switches in pairs.
Two optical switches are configured in production room B and added in production room A for cascading.
Two HDS storage devices are added to data centers A and B to build the GAD active-active system in the same park.
In addition, an HDS storage 03 is configured and placed in production room A for the MESDG DG library to establish the 2+1 architecture mode for the production and DG libraries.
Utilize HDS storage virtualization technology to take over the existing three sets of storage in Building 3, one of which retains some SSD volumes.
A-A Active-active architecture for application-level service continuity.
Deploy two active-active GADs with newly purchased HDS storage devices in different equipment rooms to prevent power failure or link issues in a data center without affecting normal front-end services. No manual intervention is required, and application-level services are preserved.
Based on the HDS storage GAD active-active feature (A-A architecture), the HDS storage device utilization in the two equipment rooms reaches 100%, meeting the service development requirements for the next five years. Additionally, the original storage can be retained to protect the original investment.
The best performance: The newly purchased HDS storage provides lower latency to meet the needs of business systems.
